FIVE CRM offers five different products, DigitalPro CRM, CallPro CRM, ManagePro CRM, EmailPro CRM and AutomationPro CRM. There are also two Lite versions: CallPro CRM Lite and ManagePro CRM Lite which are slimmed-down versions with greatly reduced functionality at a reduced cost.

Product Introduction

DigitalPro CRM: Built as a comprehensive sales and marketing tool, DigitalPro CRM is the complete package including customer management, email marketing, outbound calling, prospect profiling and website performance analytics.

CallPro CRM: Designed as an outbound calling solution, CallPro CRM is a feature-rich leading telemarketing solution with an in-built CRM.

ManagePro CRM: Created as a customer management system, amongst its many features ManagePro CRM allows you to use lead scoring, email marketing, website analytics, multiple databases and landing pages to effectively manage your Contacts.

EmailPro CRM: An Email Marketing tool, Email Pro CRM allows you to easily keep in touch with your Contacts through email marketing campaigns.

AutomationPro CRM: Made for Marketing Automation, Automation Pro CRM allows you to manage your Contact Database with minimal effort. Leads can come into the system through your website and then can be automatically contacted as part of several email campaigns allowing you to focus on the other aspects of your business.

Sending mass-marketing Email Campaigns to contacts in the CRM with personalized information merged in from each account

External System

Integration with external systems: Google, Twitter, Xero and Salesforce

Lead Scoring

Option to use Lead Scoring to qualify Leads based on Field Data, Response and Status Changes

Multiple Databases

Access to several different Databases, which can each be set up differently

Multiple Projects

Advanced Project Management allowing Accounts to be in multiple Projects/Campaigns simultaneously
