FIVE CRM have started the development of a native Mobile App, initially for Android.

The app includes a secure logon process - with the option of two-factor authentication. Admin Users are also able to see who is logged in to the mobile app in the normal User Profile screen of the system.

The app itself is provided free of charge and users do not need an additional licence to use it. However, anyone logging in will be using a standard licence for FIVE CRM.

In this version users will be able to:

Change Area

View a list of reports that they are allowed to see

Run any of those reports to screen

The reports are shown in grid format that is scrollable sideways and up/down

Clicking on a line shows a popup of all the fields on the selected row

View dashboards that they are allowed to see

Note that the theme colour and logo for the selected area are respected.

The mobile session timeout (similar to the user inactivity timeout for the system) can be configured under About > Global Configuration within the system.

To use the FIVE CRM Mobile App you will need to download it from the app store. Once downloaded open it and you will be presented with the login page.

You will need to enter your username and password that you use to log into FIVE CRM normally. You will also need to enter the Server and Serial, these can be found by logging normally and going to Menu > About > System Information. Once the Server and Serial have been added these will be saved and remembered, your username and password will not be remembered however.
