First you will need to get your Tenant ID from your Azure directory.
Next go to Global Configuration in your FiveCRM system (Menu > About > Global Configuration).
Set 'Enable Microsoft SSO' to Yes and enter your Tenant ID where specified.
Finally save these details at the bottom of the page.
Now you will need to wait for a notification from the FIVE CRM Support Team.
Once you have been notified by Support that they have finished setting up their part of the configuration and they have provided you with your systems long URL to use, go back to global configuration and press the “Authorize” button and follow the steps to grant the necessary permissions to the application.
You have now successfully setup Microsoft SSO in FIVE CRM. You can now start to link users to Microsoft accounts.
Once configured correctly the login page for your system should now show a 'Sign in with Microsoft' button.
To link a user to a Microsoft account, open the Users Profile and go to the 'Microsoft SSO' drop down.
When you click the drop down you will have a searchable list of all the users in your directory, select the one you would like to link and save the User Profile.
