The system allows you to send messages to other users from within the system. This can be accessed by clicking on the Menu option, View > Messenger

Select to compose a New Message (

) you can send messages to groups of user by authority level, user type or user name. To select who to send a message to click on the

icon and tick the relevant boxes.

Users who are not currently logged on will appear greyed out in the list. Users who are currently logged on will appear in black. Click on 'Select' to return to the message composition screen.

Compose your message text in the large text box then click on

When you have received a message you will see a prompt in the top-right hand corner of the screen (

)

You can click on this that icon to go to the messaging screen, new messages will be marked with a star.
