Introduction
The Linked Fields functionality enables users to drill down up to 6 levels, selectively filtering to find an actual item. Data can be setup manually or Customer Success Support can import a list.

Setup
In this example there are only 3 levels but the system allows for up to 6 levels.
For example, the full data list might be along these lines:

Notice that in this example there are just two unique entries in Vehicle Type, six entries in Size Of Vehicle, and Model contains all the individual Models.

Usage
In the Account Details screen a special Panel contains the relevant fields:
To find out how to add this Panel click here.
By selecting the Vehicle Type the items in the following drop downs are automatically populated with the right details:
Selecting Van in the Vehicle Type will automatically set the 'Size of Vehicle' drop down to relate to the size of Vans rather than Cars.
Selecting Large Van in the Size Of Vehicle drop down populates the Model drop down with the relevant items:
