We have created the functionality to have Adobe Sign directly within the Account Details screen.

After logging in to your Adobe account, you can send documents to your customers to be electronically signed, and also view a list of documents you have sent and their current status.

Firstly you will need to create the pre-made Call Guide under Menu > Setup > More > Call Guides.

Click 'Add Pre-made Call Guide' at the top of the screen and choose 'Adobe Sign'.

Next enter an account and click Edit This View in the bottom left of the screen. Click to 'Create Panel' in the top left and choose the Panle Type of Embedded Call Guide.

You will now be able to enter an Account, go to the Adobe panel and login.

Once logged in you will see the following screen.

From here you can choose your file (please note this will only accept PDF's) , you can then choose a contact email address to send the request to (please note you must select the email even if there is only one present). If you have multiple contacts in the account you can select multiple and tick the radio button for Combine Agreement, therefore sending it to both. Once you are happy click 'Send Request', this will process and you will see a log of the files below.
