The FIVE CRM / Xero integration is designed to work fully automatically and unattended.
The integration can synchronise customers, products and invoices. The invoice synchronisation is optional.
How it works
The system can be configured to automatically synchronize with Xero every 10 minutes. The process is completely unattended and automated.
What it does
• Data transfer from Xero to the CRM
- Send any customer account details that have been updated since the last transfer
- If configured, send any new invoices, or payment updates done since the last transfer
- Invoices can be sent to full Sales Orders in the system
- Or, invoices can be sent to single line entries in the system
- After the transfer overdue balances are recalculated for each account in the system
- Send any new product items done since the last transfer
• Data transfer from the CRM to Xero
- Send any customer account details that have been updated since the last transfer
- Send any new invoices created by the full Sales Orders
- Send any new product items done since the last transfer
