Previous Step: Xero Connection Setup
Go to Setup > Database Areas and click on the area you wish to configure for Xero
Click the External System section header.
Scroll down to the end of the view.
Configure Area for Credit Control
This option will:
1. | Configure the columns shown in the Account List to: |
• | Account Number |
• | Account Name |
• | Future Balance |
• | Current Balance |
• | Overdue 1 |
• | Overdue 2 |
• | Overdue 3 |
• | Overdue 4 |
• | Total Overdue |
2. | Creates an Additional Page Tab as *AllProducts to store invoice details |
3. | Configures this Additional Page Tab with the following fields for invoice lists: |
• | Invoice Date |
• | Invoice Number |
• | Due Date |
• | Invoice Amount |
• | Balance |
• | Status |
• | Updated |
• | Updated By |
4. | Configures the invoice "edit" screen to contain the following fields: |
• | Status |
• | Invoice Date |
• | Due Date |
• | Invoice Amount |
• | Balance |
• | Note |
• | Result |
5. | Sets up the following Product Statuses: |
• | Paid |
• | Outstanding |
6. | Sets up the following options in the Result dropdown: |
• | Promised |
• | In Dispute |
• | Credited |
• | To be Credited |
All the auto configuration options can be changed by using the normal setup editing options.
All these options are reset every time this option is selected, if you have made changes to the default credit control configuration ticking this option then saving will result in the loss of any changes.
