Select fields for transfer from the CRM to Xero

Go to Tools > Xero > Export Select Fields

Click the

button_delete3

icon to remove an option from the list. To add an option back in click it in the left hand pane.

The fields displayed are the only fields that Xero allows to be transferred.

Please note: FIVE CRM will pass a Due Date field into Xero. This field is calculated depending on what Payment Term is selected on the Account. Payment Terms are configured under Menu > Setup > Sales Orders > Payment Terms. These can be assigned on mass to Accounts or selected individually when within the record.

Configuring for export from the CRM to Xero

Go to Tools > Xero > Export Settings

Select the Owner, Status and Job Title to determine which customer records to transfer to Xero. You do not need to filter by all of these if you do not wish to.

Select whether to Transfer customer accounts and whether to only transfer customers with invoices or not by ticking the relevant check boxes.

Select the Data Exchange Type to control whether to add new customer records, update existing customers in Xero or to do both.

Click Save to save these options.
