Select fields for transfer from Xero to the CRM

Go to Tools > Xero > Import Select Fields

Click the

button_delete3

icon to remove an option from the list. To add an option back in click it in the left hand pane.

The fields displayed are the only fields that Xero allows to be exported.

Configuring for import from Xero to the CRM

Go to Tools > Xero > Import Settings

If you want to transfer outstanding invoices from Xero to the system select the Payment Update option:

Sales orders

Every invoice line is sent to the Sales Orders in the system

Invoice list

Only invoice header details are transferred to the system. This means only the invoice date, due date, original value and outstanding value. The details populate the “All products” page tab which is reconfigured as Invoices by the Area setup auto configure option.

Select the Owner, Status and Job Title that should be applied to new customer records sent into the CRM from Xero.

If you want to Import customer accounts, products and invoices you will need to tick the relevant tickbox for these.

The Data Exchange Type can be to only insert new accounts, update existing accounts or do both depending on which option you choose from the drop down.

Click Save to save these options.
