A User can change their own Password at any point, Admin Users also have access to change a Users Password should they need to.

The Password must be a minimum of 8 characters and must contain at least one number, lowercase letter and uppercase letter.

For a User to change their own password they'll need to go to the Menu option, User > Change Password

For a Admin User needing to change another Users Password, you will need to go to the Menu option, Setup > Users > User Profile.

From here you will need to find and select the User from the list and select the option to change the Password.

There is the option to select a Password Expiry Time - click into the Field to show the list of options. When the expiry time is triggered the User must change the Password and then the expiry time frame will relapse automatically.

Attempting to log in

When attempting to log in to the system, users will now have up to 5 attempts to get their password correct. If they fail more than 5 times within 10 minutes, that users account will become locked. Users will then have a choice of:

- waiting 10 minutes for their lockout to expire automatically.

- requesting a password reset.

- contacting a system administrator, who can manually unlock their account via the user setup list.
