Always Display Filter
Controls if the filter is locked to the top of the Account list.

Click/Check the first box to turn the option on (i.e. the Filter is visible automatically), and check the second box to allow the User to make the Filter not visible and visible again themselves.

Disabled Options
Each item listed is a button on the Account View screen. Selecting items here causes those buttons to be hidden from the Account Details screen when logged into this User Profile. Click on the Select Options Field which will show the list of buttons available to select from.

Auto Help
Auto help is displayed automatically to show a description of the Account List and Account Details screens. Auto help is only shown if this option is selected.

Always Count Records
By default, the system does not show the count of Accounts on the Account List screen (this is to save system resources). It is recommended that most People just click the link at the top of the page to do the count when needed. However, for those users (usually Administrators) who always need to see the count this option shows it without having to click the link first.

Hide Footer on Account Details

The solid bar at the bottom of the screen can be removed to reveal more working space. However, for Administrators, this does also remove the options for Reload Area and Edit This View.

Only show Own Contact History

Use this option to automatically Filter the Contact History on the Account Details screen for all Accounts for this User such that they cannot see any History entries created by anyone else.

Remove Contact History Filters

Use this option to remove the three drop-down Filter options in the Contact History section on the Account Details screen.

Can see Encrypted Field Content
When using Encrypted Fields this option controls whether this User is able to see the contents of Encrypted Fields. Click here for more information on Encrypted Fields.
