Database Area's are unique data sets which have the option to have different settings and setup depending on it is use. The CRM System has the capability of running up to 999 Database Areas.

You can set the Default Area on a User basis, this means the User will be taken straight to the Area set when they log in.

Admin Users will be able to see all Active Area's by default but you can restrict access to a specific Area or Areas with all other Authority levels.

The current Area you are working in is always displayed at the bottom of the screen in the coloured banner.
To change the Database Area you are working in use the Menu option, File > Change Area.
Click on the required Area then click on the Change Area button or type the full Area number in the text box and select Go.
