The system has two options for "scripts": Scripts and Call Guides.
Scripts and Call Guides can either be run by clicking the button at the top of the Account Details screen or can be embedded into a Panel.
Scripts
Scripts are a detailed set of questions and answers. A single question is presented to the user at a time, the caller selects an answer and clicks the Next button to go to the relevant next question. Answers can be selected by drop down lists, "ticked" or typed in. The routing can be defined from one question to another depending on the answer selected. The answer selected can also set the call outcome or Response, which can then set the Status of the Account/Record. Click here for more information.
Call Guides
A Call Guide is a single page of text which can include images and data that can be merged from the current Account/Record. There is no branching capability within the single page. Click here for more information.
