The following settings are Global and therefore will be actioned across all active Areas in your system.

To get to the Global settings you will need to go to the Menu option, About > Global Configuration.

The entries on this screen are:

Terms & Conditions

Click the link to view the Terms & Conditions that apply to using this system.

Expiry Date

The expiration date shows when the system authorization ends. Click the Extend link to buy more user licences

Full Licences

This shows how many Full licences you have purchased. This is in relation to how many Users with the Authority above Restricted can log in at once.

Restricted Licenses

This shows how many Restricted licences you have purchased. This is in relation to how many Users with the Authority of Restricted can log in at once.

Company logo

Sets the logo image file to be displayed on the sign on screen and also on the Dashboard. Either type an external URL or click the Upload button to add an image file.

Default Country

Set the Default Country for the System, this will be used if there isn't a Country set in the User Profile.

Default Timezone

Set the Default Timezone for the System, this will be used if there isn't a Timezone set in the User Profile.

Default Email From-Name

Set the Default From Name for the system, this will be used if there isn't one set in the Document, Area or User Profile.

Default From-Email

Set the Default From Email for the system, this will be used if there isn't one set in the Document, Area or User Profile.

SMTP Details

Set SMTP details for the system, This will be used if there are no details in the Area or User Profile.

CloudCall Details

If you are using CloudCall as your dialing software you will need to set your Account details here.

Login Page View

Set the type of login. By default, the tweets are from FIVE CRM but they can be set to display the tweets from your Company, this is done by the 'embed' link.
