CloudCall is a powerful hosted telephony platform which the system has great integration with.

In addition, it is possible to turn on Automatic dialing which will tell the system to dial automatically when opening each account (go to the Database Area setup).
Using the CloudCall integration the call times in the system are the actual on talk times; normally the call times in the system include the dialing and connect time.
Initial setup
To configure the dialing setting for a User you can either go to the Menu option, User > Dialing Method (If you are logged in as the User you want to setup) or go to the Menu option, Setup > Users > User Profiles, click into the User you want to setup and go to the Permissions heading. In this heading there is the option to configure the dialing method.
In the popup that appears you will need to select the CloudCall option from the Dialing Method dropdown.
From the User's entry in the CloudCall portal you will need to enter the following:
▪ | Enter the Account Number |
▪ | Enter the Password |
▪ | Enter the Caller Number which is the direct dial number for the user's phone. Normally the same as the Account Number. |
Click the Save button when done.
Now when this user clicks the Dial button on the Account Details screen the system will send an instruction to CloudCall to first dial the user's phone (Caller Number), and then dial the destination.
