This feature gives you the option to dial the telephone number from the Account directly rather than copying and pasting it into the CloudCall software. In the Account Details click the Dial button to initiate the call. If there is more than one telephone number on the account the system will show a popup window asking which number to dial.

Automatic dialing

To turn on automatic dialing go to the Menu option, Setup > Database Areas, click on the relevant Area and open the Dialing & Call Recording heading.

Check the box for Automatically dial the phone when the accounts are opened.

If you want the system to pause briefly before dialing, enter the number of seconds for Autodial Delay.

Scroll down and click the Save button when done.

Hanging up

After initiating the dial, the button changes to Hang up. Click the button to end the call.

If the button is not used to hangup, the system will hangup automatically when leaving the account (usually by clicking the button Save & Log Call).
