To use the CloudCall Inbound Screen-Pop you need to obtain each user's Notification Token from the CloudCall Portal.

To configure the dialing setting for a User you can either go to the Menu option, User > Dialing Method (If you are logged in as the User you want to setup) or go to the Menu option, Setup > Users > User Profiles, click into the User you want to setup and go to the Permissions heading. In this heading there is the option to configure the dialing method.

In the popup that appears you will need to select the CloudCall option from the Dialing Method dropdown.

From the User's entry in the CloudCall portal you will need to enter the following:

Enter the Account Number

Enter the Password

β–ͺ

Enter the Caller Number which is the direct dial number for the user's phone. Normally the same as the Account Number.

Click the Save button when done.

Now when an inbound call occurs the softphone will ring and a notification will appear at the top of the screen:

Click the notification to open the account.

If the account is in a different Database Area, the system will switch automatically.
