By using CloudCall all calls are recorded automatically. You need to check with CloudCall about how long they keep the recordings for.

Playback recordings

Recordings can be replayed from either the Contact History panel in the Account Details screen, or the Call History screen (Menu > View > Call History).

to replay a recording.
