For each Database Area it is possible to set up a number of telephone numbers to which calls can be transferred.
Setup
To create Forwarding Numbers you will need to go to the Menu option, Setup > Database Areas, click on the relevant Area and open the Dialing & Call Recording heading. In the heading you will see the option to configure CloudCall Forwarding Numbers.
Click the Configure button.
To add a number to the list, enter the Name and Number then click the button.
There is no limit to the number of entries that can be added.
Having setup the forwarding options, when in an Account, when a call is connected a new option is provided called Add Participant (
)
Click the button and a new window is shown with the available names to transfer the call to:
Once you have selected the Name of the participant you wish to add to the Call, the Call Transfer Options window will pop up as shown below:
You can then select whether to ‘Mute Caller’, or have the ‘Conference Caller In’. You can also select a ‘Complete Transfer’, to ‘Start Conference’ or to ‘Cancel Conference’.
