The system allows you to import TPS / Do Not Call lists into the system. TPS / Do Not Call lists apply globally to all areas.

You must have a CSV file that includes all of the numbers to be processed - the file does not need to include any data other than the telephone numbers in one vertical column. If you have the area code and number in separate columns this can also be imported.

Select the Menu option, File > Import

Click on 'Choose File' and browse your PC to find the file containing the telephone numbers.

Under 'Import Type' select 'TPS / Do not call list'

Click 'Continue...'

You're taken to the Mapping page where the left column are the fields within the system, in the middle column are the fields from your import file and the right column is to show your field mapping. To map the system field to the import file field you need to click on the system field, click on the file field and then you will see the mapping appear in the right column:

Once the mapping is complete click 'Continue...'

Check the information shown on the screen, if the first row of the CSV file contains headings tick 'Skip first row - First row is header row' to clear all existing TPS numbers in the system tick 'Existing Numbers - Clear existing numbers first'

Select

to import the numbers.

You can check the progress of the import by monitoring the progress bar. Check for any errors that may be encountered and review as necessary.

To see the Do not Call numbers you have just imported you will need to go to the menu option, Setup > More > Do Not Call Numbers.

This will display a list of all area codes and a count of all Do Not Call Numbers that have been imported.

Now you have imported the list of Do Not Call Numbers you will need to run an assign to flag these Accounts in each Database Area.

Go to the Account list by clicking the 'Reload Area' (

) option down in the bottom left corner of the screen.

On the Account List, Click the Assign button on the Menu bar to the left.

It is often wise to ensure the Quick Backup is checked as this will store a backup of the data before the assign. Please be aware that each assign with Quick Backup checked, by any User working in the same Area, will overwrite the previous Quick Backup stored so it is good practice to check your data after each assign.
