The call history lists every call event for the values selected at the top. This includes Scripts, Email, Letters and Wrapups.
The columns displayed are configured by selecting 'Edit Columns' in the top right corner of the results.
The items in the Activity drop down are configured at the menu option, Setup > More > Activities. The system is hard coded to create history entries with activities of Script, Wrapup and Email.
To see a wider view of Contact History and be able to search depending on certain criteria go to Menu > View > Call History.
Select the values as required then click the button.
Click on an account number to show the Account Details screen.
To download the full list as filtered, click the Download link.
To view any call recordings you may have add ‘Rec File’ to the view. If a call recording is present for that account the line will show with a green tick rather than a red cross.
