To add a new question click on the
button.
To edit an existing question, single click it, then click the
button.
The Number automatically increases in multiples of 10. This is to allow you to insert new questions between two existing Question should you need to in the future. You can manually change the Number if you need to.
The Analysis Code can usually be left blank, but there may be times when you need to export the script answers referenced by a specific code, enter it here, it can be numeric or alphabetic.
Type in a short text for the Question (up to 75 characters).
Type the full text for the question in the Full Question field if required. This text is unlimited in length and can be formatted in the usual word processing ways.
To insert merge fields click on the merge fields drop downs and select the relevant merge you need.

Once you have completed typing up the Question you want to ask you will need to tell the system where to next go in the Script -
By 'Default' the system will just go on to the next Question in the list, but to tell the system to divert to a different question select that question from the drop down list marked Next Question. The next question must be created before they will appear in the drop down list.
To finish the Script when this question is answered select 'Finish' in the Next Question drop down list.
If your Answer's will determine what Question will next appear you will need to select 'Default' in the drop down and then set the Answers to take you to the next relevant question.
When running through the Script in an Account, by default the system will only allow one answer to be selected on a question. To allow more than one to be selected tick/check the Multiple Answers option on the left side.
There is also the option to adjust the font size of the Answer's shown on this Question and if there is going to be several Answers for this Question you can format them into columns so they are not listed one under the other making it harder to follow.
