These are steps to adding a field to a Field Collection Panel.

To know more about adding fields to other types of Panels please click here.

You can either add fields to the Field Collection Panel through the Panel setup or you can edit the Panel while in the Account.

To Edit the panel from the Account you will need to click into an Account from the Account List.

You will need to ensure the Account you are clicking into has the correct Account View you want to add the field too.

When in the Account you will need to click 'Edit This View' -

chrome_2017-08-22_16-12-00

(Located in the bottom left corner of the screen).

Doing this will give you extra options in the top Bar and it will allow the Panels to be edited and removed

Note that these option's will only appear when you are in the Account View.

To edit the Panel through the Panel set up you will need to go to the Menu option, Setup > Panels > Panels and click the edit icon (

) on the relevant panel.
You will be taken to the same step as above and the same steps apply to adding a field.

Clicking back (

) will take you back to the Panel List.

To remove a field from the Panel select the Trash icon (

) icon next to that field name.

To re-order the fields on the list you can drag and drop them.

To add a new Field select

Select the relevant Field type from the drop down menu:

Description

Text Box

A standard text entry box.

Text Area

A multiple line text entry box.

Additional Field

This will reduce the field in the list to only Additional fields making it easier to pick from the list.

Label

Shows the Field text as an un-editable label.

Drop Down

Shows the Field as a drop down list.

NextDate

Use this option when displaying the Account Nextdate on a Panel.

Report

Embed the results of a Report as a Panel item.

A single blank line.

CloudCall Controls

Allows you to set yourself as 'busy' while in the Account and setting yourself as 'available' again before clicking to dial.

Add social media icons to the panel.

Increasing Timer

A timer in the Panel which will show the time spent in the Account.

Postcode Anywhere

A option to collect addresses from just the postcode. Depending how to set this field up it will also validate bank details.

Select the field you wish to add to the Panel from the 'Field' drop down.

Enter the field's Title, this will automatically populate with the original name of the field but you can edit this should you need to. You can also remove the Title completely like I have done with the Address fields 2-3 in the screen shot above.

Enter the field Width, this is measured in pixels and a popular size would be 300.

Add a Control if you need to. To learn more about Controls please click here.

Format Options

These are controls we have added as tick boxes to make it easier for you to alter the field so it works in the correct way for you.

Click Save to save your changes.

Repeat this process if you wish to add more Fields.

Once you have the fields added and in the right order you can click back (

chrome_2017-08-23_09-58-10

) and you are taken back to the Account view.

At this point you can look at the Panel to check it looks as you hoped. If you are happy with the Panel you will need to Turn Editing Off (

chrome_2017-08-23_10-00-33

) to automatically add these changes to all other Accounts that use this particular Account View.
