The system enables you to export data from your Salesforce.com account, do your high volume telemarketing, then upload the resulting data back to Salesforce.com to continue with the CRM work.

The process involves:

Step

Create a Campaign in Salesforce.com.

Populate that Campaign with leads or accounts.

Import Campaign members to the system - mapping the Salesforce.com fields to the system fields as required.

Do the marketing campaign in the system.

At the end of the campaign upload the data back to Salesforce.com - set the field mapping to configure which system fields go to which Salesforce.com fields for each of Accounts/Contacts/Leads/Tasks/Opportunities/Events

- set the trigger statuses to control whether the system creates/updates Leads/Accounts/Tasks/Opportunities/Events

Your Salesforce.com login credentials can be stored in the Database Area setup to avoid typing them in on every data transfer. Note that the password must include your actual password with the Salesforce.com Security Token on the end.
