The Sales Orders panel in the system enables multiple product lines, quotes and orders. Invoices can be generated one at a time, or in bulk using Confirm Despatch. You can create Order Documents which are completely user-defined and could be an order acknowledgment, delivery note, quote, invoice etc.
Product pricing can be done as a single value or by using quantity breaks.
All fields are included in the Report Writer which allows you to create listing or summary reports, as well as the ability to export any information.
How the panel will appear on your Account Details screen.
When you click to create a new order this popup will appear and you need to select ‘Lines’. (This popup will also appear if you click to ‘Edit’ an order, this will allow you to amend any details).
When you click ‘Lines’ you will be given another pop up where you can select your product, quantity ect.
