You can configure the columns displayed within the order entry on the order item list. Below are instructions on how to do this.
To set the columns displayed in the Sales Orders Panel go to Menu option:
Setup > Field Selection > Order Item List
Single click on the required fields on the left side.
You can rename the fields by clicking in the text on the fields in the right hand column.
Drag the rows up or down to re-order the columns, and use the minus button to remove a column.
