There are several predefined Reports that show a Users activity, in some cases, these can be adapted to give you accurate statistics about your Users in relation to how your Company uses our system.

Menu option

Description

Tools > User Statistics > Daily

View sign-on and sign-off times.

Tools > User Statistics > Daily

Tools > User Statistics > Weekly

Tools > User Statistics > Monthly

View the number of calls in a date range: daily, weekly or monthly.

Tools > User Statistics > Agent Call Status

View current activity (length of current call etc).

Tools > User Statistics > Assign Log

Assign log, showing the usage of the Assign function.

Tools > User Statistics > Change Log

Change log, showing detailed Account changes.

Tools > User Statistics > Cases log

Shows details for every case function run (Assign/Status/Delete)

Tools > User Statistics > Calls per Hour

View the number of calls for each hour of the day.

Tools > User Statistics > Current Status

Shows real-time information on today's calling

Tools > User Statistics > Detailed Access Log

Detailed access log, showing most button clicks. (must be turned on by FIVE CRM Customer Success Support)

Tools > User Statistics > User Monitor

User Monitor shows call and success rates.

View > Call History

View a list of calls for a specific person, call response and/or date range.

Note that many other Activity Reports can be created using the Report Writer.
