You have the option to create bespoke Reports so you and/or your Clients can have an accurate way to keep track of the work being done in the system.

The system contains a built-in Report Writer to enable you to create the Reports that you need.

Go to the Menu option, Tools > Reporting.

To view the results of a Report simply single-click on the Report name.

List

View the list of Folders that contain your Reports.

Search

Search for a specific Report, this is a fuzzy match search so it will bring up all Reports that contain what you searched.

New Report

Create a new Report Writer report.

Define Dates

To add a specific date range to Reports that include &STARTDATE and &ENDDATE.

SQL Report

Create a new SQL Report. Depending on the Global setting this option may be hidden. Please speak to Customer Success Support should you need a SQL Report.

Manage Folders

Create and Delete Folders. All folders that do not include a Report will be hidden from the list.

Assign Folder

Allocate Reports to different folders. Hold Ctrl and click the Report to affect multiple Reports at once.

Download CSV/Excel File

Runs the Report and creates a CSV/Excel file. Displays the standard Windows dialog to Open or Save the file.

Download XML File

Runs the Report and creates an XML file. Displays the standard Windows dialog to Open or Save the file.

Download Zip

Runs the Report and creates a Zip file. Displays the standard Windows dialog to Open or Save the file.

Graph

Runs the Report and shows the results as a bar chart. Only applicable to Summary Reports.

Print

Runs and Prints the Report.

Email

The option to email the Report. It will either use default formatting or a document if assigned. It will show a dialog with options for Email To, Subject, From Address and From Name.

Duplicate

Copy the Report definition to create a similar Report.

Edit

Edit the report.
