Under Automatic Scheduling select whether the Report should be run on a Monthly or Weekly basis. If you wish to run a Report daily select the 'Weekly' option.

Depending on which time frame you have selected you will be presented with different options.

If you select the Weekly you will see the following -

With the Weekly selected, you will need to tick/check the days of the week that you want the Report to be sent and then enter the time you would like the Report to run "Time to run (HH:MM):", this is a 24-hour clock.

If you select the Monthly you will see the following -

With the Monthly selected, you will need to type the day of the month you would like the Report to send and then enter the time you would like the Report to run "Time to run (HH:MM):", this is a 24-hour clock.

(If you enter '31' for example it will send on the last day of the month, however, please note for the month of February this report will not run as there are only 28 days)

For either time frame, you will need to enter the email address that the Report is to be sent to in the "Email to:" field. If you wish to have the Report also attached in the email in .csv or .pdf format then you can select these from the drop-down items.

Entering a password is optional and will cause the attachment(s) to be sent inside a password-protected ZIP file. The recipient(s) will not be able to extract from the archive without the password. The Report results will not be shown in the body of the email.

The 'Cond. SQL:' field allows you to enter SQL to determine whether the Report is only mailed under certain conditions. Knowledge of SQL is required to use this feature.

To check what reports are set up for automatic scheduling go to the reporting overview page and click on Scheduling.

Here you can see the report name, the type of report (Report Writer - RW or SQL), how often it is scheduled (weekly or monthly), the day and time it is set to send along with the last run date, and if there are any attachments or any conditional SQL. You can check if the email was sent and download or edit the report if needed.
