Attaching Files

There are two ways to attach files, you can either attach files in the system for Documents (emails) or attach the files to Accounts directly via a tab in the Account View.

When using the options in the Additional Tabs it is possible to attach a number of files to each Account.

File names must be unique for each Project within an Account.

Viewing the attached files in an Account:

button to add a file to the Account

To attach a file to the system, for a Document for example, you will need to go to the Menu option, View > Attach Files.

You will need to select the Add Files button (

) and this will bring up your file explorer on your PC. Once you have selected the file you will need to then need to select the Start Upload option (

) and this will then add the attachment to the list below.

File Types which are accepted are - RTF, PDF, JPEG, GIF, PNG, MP3, TXT, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, HML, HTML, SWF, ZIP, WAV, PPT, PPTX, MSG
