The callback date can be set automatically when saving an Account from either the Customer Status or Response.
To configure a Response to set the callback date you will need to go to the Menu option, Setup > Responses Create a new Response by clicking the New Response button or click on the Response to edit it. Enter the number of days and/or the number of minutes to add on to the current date/time in Increment Nextdate.
To set a Status to set the callback date go to the Menu option Setup > Customer Status Create a new Status by clicking the New Status button or click on a Status to edit it. Enter the number of days and/or the number of minutes to add on to the current date/time in Increment Nextdate.
