The system is able to monitor for bounced emails and report on bounces.

To set default options which will apply to all campaigns in the current Database Area, use the options on the Database Setup page, click here for more information.
To set up bounce settings for a particular campaign go to Menu, Tools > Email Campaigns > Campaign Scheduling and expand the campaign you wish to edit.
Click the
button. Note that this can be set on a campaign level allowing you to set up different mailbox settings for different campaigns.
Using Mandrill or SendGrid the Bounce Setup will look different, as bounces are gathered straight from their system.
Without Mandrill or SendGrid you will be prompted to enter your POP settings.
Option | Description |
Reply-to email address | Enter the address where you wish the bounced email to be sent. |
POP Server | Enter the POP server for this address. |
POP Port | Enter the POP port for this address. (will default to 25 if left blank) |
POP Username | Enter the Username for the mailbox. |
POP Password | Enter the Password for the mailbox. |
Timezone | Select your time zone from the drop down box. |
Update Account Status: |
Bounced Select a Status from the drop down list to update the Account Status when an email bounces. Out of Office Select a Status from the drop down list to update the Account Status when an out-of-office reply is received. Unsubscribed Select a Status from the drop down list to update the Account Status when an unsubscribe reply is received.

Update Contact Status: |
Bounced Select a Status from the drop down list to update the Contact Status when an email bounces. Out of Office Select a Status from the drop down list to update the Contact Status when an out-of-office reply is received. Unsubscribed Select a Status from the drop down list to update the Contact Status when an unsubscribe reply is received.

Click Save to save your changes. Alternatively you can copy settings from another campaign by using the Copy From button.
