The campaign data analysis option provides detailed information and reporting on campaign data. The option can be found by going to the Menu option Tools > Email/SMS Campaigns > Campaign Data Analysis.

Select which campaign you wish to analyse from the 'Select Campaign' drop down menu.

You can specify to only look at an individual campaign step or select whether to view data relating to all steps of the campaign using the 'Select Step' option.

If desired you can enter a date range, this can be used to only show specific campaign steps, for example, select your campaign and 'all steps'. You can then use the date range selection to limit which steps are shown from that campaign, this allows you to select more than one step without selecting 'all steps'.

Under 'Select Database Field' select the field you want to group the results by. For example: to see results broken down by CustomerStatus select 'CustomerStatus' from the drop down. If you want to see the results on an individual Account basis select 'Account Number' etc.

Under 'Show Percentages of' you can select from between 3 options.

Option

Description

Total in result column

Shows as a percentage of the total in the final row of the table.

Grand total sent

Shows as a percentage of the grand total sent, this is the value in the bottom right hand corner of the table.

Total sent to each entry of... (will show the name of whichever field has been selected in 'Select Database Field')

Shows as a percentage of the total sent, this is the value in the right hand column of each row.

(the example below shows the 1st option)

You can click on the graph (

) icon to view that row or column's results as a graph.

You can click on one of the percentage values to apply this query to the Account List. For example, clicking on the value 3% on the first row will load the Account List showing only Accounts where the Customer Status is currently blank and the Account or Contact has opened the email.

You also have the option to print or download the graph so you can store it or send it to colleagues.
