You can view campaign and step results in a graph format for easy comparison, this is accessible by going to the Menu option, Tools > Email/SMS Campaigns > Campaign Results.

Additionally it can be viewed by selecting the graphing (

) icon from the Campaign list or Campaign step list.

This will bring up the Campaign results page. The data displayed by default will be the data relating to the campaign or step that you clicked on to view the results.

You also have the option to print or download the graph so you can store it or send it to colleagues.

It is possible to customise which campaigns and steps are shown by selecting the relevant campaigns and steps at the top of the screen then clicking 'Go'. This allows you to easily compare the effectiveness of campaigns and/or campaign steps. If you are selecting more than one campaign or campaign step you will see additional graphs down the page.
