Special email address for Fax/SMS | If the check box is selected, this allows you to set up the Email Campaign Step to go to an email address other than the Contact's email address. The most common use for this is when doing an SMS or Fax Campaign, but this can also be done to send the emails to the Account Owner (by ticking the box), or the Salesman's Email Address (by using *salesemail).
This only appears in the first Step of a Campaign if it is an Account List Query Campaign, not a Send List Campaign. |
Note: If you have disabled 'Enable Detailed Email Tracking' for this step, then Email Campaigns can not be set up to trigger workflows when opened by a Contact. For more information about Detailed Email Tracking, click here.
