The system includes an easy access panel on the Account View screen for the management of Email Campaigns on an Account basis.

You can add this to the Account view in the same way as adding any other panel to the panel view.

Go into any Account in the area you wish to amend and use the

button while in the view you wish to edit.

Click on

to create the New Email Campaign Panel.
(If you have created this panel before but just removed it from the view you can click the

to select the panel from the list).

Select the Panel Type of Email campaigns

Add in a Name - this is for internal use, a way to find this panel against the rest of panels in this Area.

Add in the Title - this is what's shown on the header bar on the panel in the Account view.

Add in a Control should you need it, to learn more about controls please click here

Select Save to create the panel.

You will then be taken directly to another popup where you can select your newly created Panel from the list

Select Save to add the panel to the Account View (it will add the panel to the bottom of the view)

You can edit the width and height by dragging the bottom right hand corner (

). You can readjust the position by dragging and dropping the header.

To manually add the current Contact to a standard Campaign, select the Campaign from the drop down and then click the Add to campaign button.

If you want to create a Campaign from a Template, you will need to select the Template from the drop down, select the date an time to send and then click the Add to campaign button.

The panel lists all Campaigns that any Contact on this Account has been included in.

Click on the steps

icon to view details of specific Campaign steps.

From here you can view information about the steps that have been run or are scheduled to run for this Campaign and Account.

To view information regarding the links the Contact clicked on within the email document click on the link button (

).

Click on the Contacts icon

to view contact based information for the selected Campaign.

If the Contact has decided to opt out of mailings from this Campaign you can select the unsubscribe button

. This will prevent this Contact from receiving any further mailings from this Campaign. It will not prevent them from receiving any further mailings from other Campaigns.

Note that in order to add a Contact to a Campaign the Campaign must have Campaign steps left to run (not be complete) and the Contact must have an email address.
