Quick Links Setup - Enter external links, put the displayed name in square brackets, separate multiple entries with semi-colon (;). eg [FIVE CRM]www.fivecrm.com;[IBM]www.ibm.com

Accounts are consumers not companies - If this is turned on, the Account Name field would not be displayed on the screen, but the content of the field would be created automatically by the system as Lastname+Firstname+Title

Multiple Status selection On Account list - The default option in the Filter section is for a standard drop down list for the Status selection, this only allows selection of one Status at a time. Turning this option on allows the user to select multiple Statuses.

Daylight Saving - Select from:

Off / Auto US/Europe - If the selected country in the User Profile Is US or a European country the daylight saving change is handled automatically.

On - Sets the user's system time to be +1 hour.

Simplified Search Fields - Causes the field selection drop down list to show a reduced core selection of available fields in the Search function on the Account List screen.

Named only Additional Fields - Makes drop down lists hide unnamed additional fields

Contact history default project filter - Select from:

All Projects - Show all Contact History no matter what Project you are filtering by or what Project the Account is in now.

Project from Filter/Account List - Only Show the Contact history that matches the Project you are filtering by or what Project the Account is in now.

Advanced Project Management - Multiple Projects. With this option turned on every Account record in this Database Area can be in multiple projects at the same time. With the option off it is still possible to have Multiple Projects in this Database Area but each Account can only be in one project at any one time.
