This Heading is in relation to the Area settings for the Calendar.

Calendar Options - Select From:

Ignore Owner Selection - Ignore the Account Owner when selecting Accounts in the Calendar. (Just use Status, Project and Sales Person)

Ignore Project Selection - Ignore the Project when selecting Accounts in the Calendar. (Just use Owner, Status and Sales Person)

Hide weekends on weekly Calendar - By default the system shows the full week from Sunday through Saturday, this option filters the display to only Monday through Friday.

Show Limited Information when substatus does not match - When selected the Calendar only shows the appointment time and zip/postcode. Otherwise the calendar shows

the fields selected in the Menu option, Setup > Field Selection > Calendar.

Allow history to be entered from calendar - Adds another button on the calendar to create a Contact History entry within an Account.

Show Reschedule button on weekly calendar - Adds a button on the weekly calendar to allow you to reschedule appointments.

Postcode Type - Determines how much of the Postcode appears on the Calendar. You can set this to show None, First 2 Letters, Up to Space or the Entire Postcode.

Appointment Field - By default the system uses the Nextdate field on the Account for the Appointment Calendar. This option enables you to use one of the Additional Fields for the Appointment date/time. For more information on choosing the field for the Appointment date click here.

Appointment Activity - By default the system uses the Nextdate field on the Account for the Appointment Calendar. This option enables you to use the Contact History entries for the Appointment date/time. If you want to use this, select the relevant activity identifying Appointments from the drop down list. Create activities at the Menu option, Setup >More > Activities.

Calendar Type - Select Weekly or Monthly.

Default Status - Select the Status to use by default when opening the Appointment Diary Calendar.

Google Calendar ID - Enter the Google Calendar ID of the Google Calendar. This option would only be used if just one calendar is used for appointments rather than one for each Sales Person (see also Setup sales person).

Google Options - Select from:

Disabled

Read only

Write only

Read and write

Google View - Select whether to show on the calendar all information or just when the person is busy.
