This heading is in relation to the Cases settings in this Area
New Case - Auto-select current user as assignee - Whether or not you want the current User to be automatically set as the assignee.
Filter - Default Assignee - Applies a default Filter to the Case list by Assignee. Use Any if you do not want a default Filter.
Filter - Default Department - Applies a default Filter to the Case list by Department (User Team). Use Any if you do not want a default Filter.
Email - Change case status when receiving reply - This can be set up so that when you receive a reply to a case from a customer, this will change the Status to a set Status. Commonly this would be 'Open'.
