This heading is in regards to the Email Campaign settings in this Area.

Default - Enable Detailed Email Tracking - When this option is checked you will see detailed information such as what individual has opened and clicked a link on an Email Campaign. Depending on what Lawful reason you have to process the individuals data would depend on if this option is selected or not.

Default Bounce Details - Depending on what SMTP provider you are using you may need to have a Bounce Inbox to collect the bounces from the SMTP provider. These settings will allow us to read this inbox so we can display the results on the Email Campaign Page.

Reply-to email address - The Email Address of the Inbox used to collect the Bounces sent from the SMTP.

POP Server - This is provided from the Inbox provider.

POP Port - This is provided from the Inbox provider.

POP Encryption - This is provided from the Inbox provider.

POP Username - This is provided from the Inbox provider.

POP Password - This is provided from the Inbox provider.

Timezone - This is the Timezone of the of the Area you are working in.

Update Contact Status - When we get a log to say that an Email Address has bounced or the Contact has Unsubscribed you can update the Contact Status so it is easier to distinguish these Contacts in your calling list.

Update Account Status - When we get a log to say that an Email Address has bounced or the Contact has Unsubscribed you can update the Account Status so it is easier to distinguish these Accounts in your calling list.

Set Unsubscribe Flag on Bounce - When we get a log to say an Email Address has bounced you can automatically unsubscribe the Email Address from all other Email Campaigns sent from this Area.
