This heading is in relation to the Users that have the permission to access this Area, Idle time and filters.

User Permissions - Controls which users are allowed to access the Database Area, default is 'all'. These settings are also affected by the Allowable Areas in the User Profile Setup.

Idle Time (minutes) - Set the inactivity trigger time in minutes for users in this Area before sending a message or email to the name below.

Notify - Enter a valid system Username or Email Address to send a message when a user has passed the set number of minutes of inactivity.

SQL Filter - An SQL statement used as a permanent filter for all users in this Database Area.
