This heading is in relation to the script settings for this Area.

Script Options -

Start Scripts automatically - Turn on to automatically show the script when opening an Account - either from the Account List or when moving from another Account. Another option is to put the script into a panel on the Account Details screen so it is always visible.

Load Next Account when script finishes - Turn on to automatically save the current Account and go to the next Account when completing a script.

If the Wrapup is turned on, turning this option on will automatically display the Wrapup/Call result screen; in this case, clicking the Log call button automatically saves and

goes on to the next Account.

Save script answers in contact history - Turn on to save script answers as plain text in the Contact History. The benefit of this is that it keeps the answers each time the

script is run.

Script Answers - Set what to do when re-running a script on an Account:

Always keep original answers [redisplay answers from previous script]

Clear for authority levels less than 50

Always clear [previous] answers
