The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new European ruling, which governs the data protection rights for all individuals within the European Union.
As a result of this ruling, the system has several features to help customers ensure they are GDPR compliant with regards to their data storage and management.
GDPR is due to be in force from 25 May 2018.

Processing Categories - Processing Categories allow you to specify what your agents are allowed to discuss with your clients and what data they can process.
Processing Channels - Processing Channels allow you to specify which mediums of contact your agents are allowed to have with your clients and how you process their data.
Data Privacy Delete - The Data Privacy Delete functionality allows you to either delete Accounts/Contacts through a normal deletion method, or by using the 'Data Privacy' removal.
Removed Account Search - The Removed Account Search allows you to search for Accounts that have previously been removed due to data privacy reasons.
Removed Contact Search - The Removed Contact Search allows you to search for Contacts that have previously been removed due to data privacy reasons.
Email Campaign Detailed Tracking - It is possible to allow / prevent certain Email Campaigns from relating opens and clicks to individual Contacts.
Privacy Details - You can add, edit and view all of the Communication Categories and Channels for an Account within that Account.
Privacy Detail Templates - You can setup Privacy Detail Templates to be applied to Contacts when using several functions in the system.
Data Privacy Manager - An overview dashboard that will show you a way to view and manage the privacy details across a whole database. The new Data Privacy Manager shows a total of 20 charts analysing the data in many different ways.
