Email settings
Email inbound settings are required to be able to track an inbox to generate the cases from.
Email outbound settings are required to send replies from within the system in response to cases.
SMTP Server Enter the SMTP server the emails will send from, this can be either a URL or IP
SMTP Server Port The port your SMTP uses
SMTP Encryption You will be provided this by your SMTP service, most don't require any encryption
SMTP Username The username required to access the SMTP server
SMTP Password The password required to access the SMTP server
Default from name The default "from name" if not set in the User Profile
Default from address The default "from address" if not set in the User Profile
POP3 Server The POP server address
POP3 Server port The POP port for this address
POP3 Server encryption The encryption required for the POP inbox
POP3 Username The username for the mailbox
POP3 Password The password for the mailbox\
Allowed file types List of allowed file types for attachments (inbound & outbound)
