It is possible to set up email templates for certain parts of the case process.

There are four possible templates you can configure, these are:

chrome_2018-01-23_10-20-23

To edit one of these, simply click on the one you want to edit.

This will give you the standard editor where you can configure the desired message.

Default Email Signature

It is also possible to have a default email signature for case replies. This can be configured by clicking on the

2015-01-09_14-53-23

button.

For example:
