Cases - Manage Banned Email List

It is possible to ban certain email addresses so that you can filter out certain spam.

You can get to this option by going to Menu > Setup > Cases > Manage Banned List.

To add a new email address simply type it in the box and click the

button.

You can remove the email address from the banned list by clicking the

button.
