Alarms can be set by going to Menu > User > Set Alarms whilst in an Account or when on the Wrapup Panel by checking the Alarm box and populating the Nextdate field.

NOTE: Alarms are specific to the User who created them.

Click in the date field to display a calendar and set the date.

To select the time use the drop downs.

When an Alarm is due the system shows it automatically in a popup.

Load Account

Open the relevant Account from the Alarm, the Alarm is automatically deleted after selecting this.

Edit Alarm

Edit the full details of the Alarm.

Snooze

Reset the Alarm for the length of time you set in the drop down to the right of the Snooze button.

Hide (The X icon in the top right of the Alarm popup)

Temporarily hides the Alarm popup. The Alarm will show again in 2-3 minutes.

Alarm List

Show the full list of Alarms set.

Delete

Delete the Alarm.

Stop popup for entire session

This Alarm will not pop up again until you log back in.

Please note that clicking this option will only hide the Alarm until you next log in and will not clear it, it must be manually deleted if you want to stop it from appearing again.
