The Contact History can be included in the page tabs on the Account Details screen. Use the page tabs configuration page to set this up.

Initially the list shows all entries for this Account, use the Activity, Projects, and Contact name drop downs to filter the list.

If the user is only allowed to see specific Projects then leaving the option blank will show the history of those Projects and exclude history in other Projects.

Set the columns to be displayed by going to the Menu option, Setup > Field Selection > Account History and select the fields you need from the left hand list.

Entries are created automatically when using the Wrapup, letters and email. To know more about adding a Contact History entry please click here

To play a call recording click the green tick button

. Users with authority of less than 10 are not able to play call recordings.

Edit an entry by single clicking on the

button. The User must have an authority level of at least 12 to edit an entry.

Delete an entry by first editing it and then tick the Delete option.
