The system has a default print layout which is used when the option File > Print is selected while in an account. If you wish to modify this layout you can do so.
You will need to set up a document which has the desired layout. To do this go to Setup > Documents > Account Documents.
This document can include merge fields and report values. To include report values the same method should be used as in formatted reports.
To select the new document to be used for File > Print go to the Menu option: Setup > Database Areas.
Open the section Export & Print.
Select the document from the drop down for Print Document.
Then Save.
